Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question, feel free to email our concierge at ferrariclubmeet@gmail.com.
Q: What is the typical weather in the Catskills/Monticello in June/July?
A: The temperatures range from 65-70°F in the evenings and into the middle and upper 80°F during the day. Perfect weather for any of the 2026 Annual Meet’s outdoor activities, and certainly perfect for driving around the Monticello Track!
Q: When is a good time to arrive at the event?
A: While the formal Welcome Reception starts Sunday, June 28th at 6:00pm EDT (heavy appetizers and cocktails), we recommend arriving mid-day. Registration will open at 12:00, and there are several important seminar breakout sessions that you should consider; the “first timer” seminar starts at 1:30, the “Concours” seminar begins at 2:00 EDT. We will also have some exciting seminars on Simulators, Wealth Management, Hagerty Valuation, and Hybrid Car Care on Sunday. It is best to begin registration early for this reason.
Q: What’s the attire for the event?
A: In general, the Event is resort casual. Here is a day-by-day guide:
| Sunday Reception | Casual |
| Monday Concours | Country Club Chic |
| Monday Ferrari of Long Island Game Night | Casual (shorts are fine) |
| Tuesday Rallies and West Point | Casual (shorts are fine) |
| Tuesday Miller Motorcars Spirit of ’76 | Colonial (1776), Cowboy (1876), or Disco (1976) |
| Wednesday Catskills Rally | Casual (shorts are fine) |
| Wednesday Ferrari of Central New Jersey Lunch | Casual |
| Wednesday Gala Awards Banquet | Jacket and tie, cocktail dress, Semi formal |
| Track | Refer to the Track Manual for requirements |
Q: What kind of security will be in place at the hotel and at the track?
A: This is a fairly secure Casino with full camera coverage. We will have two dedicated floors of enclosed parking for Ferraris. We will staff additional security to augment the Hotel’s security as well.
Q: I plan on having my car shipped to the event. Where should I have it delivered?
A: It’s best to have it delivered to Resorts World hotel. We will have a trailer parking area behind the hotel to facilitate delivery reception. Please do not have it delivered prior to Saturday, June 27th.
Q: I am bringing a trailer to the event, where can I park?
A: We will have a large trailer parking area adjacent to the hotel. A map will be sent to all registrants showing these areas.
Q: When can I get access to the Paddock Area at Monticello Motor Club?
A: First, you need to get your wristband at Registration (beginning at noon on Sunday). You will not get access to Monticello Motor Club without a wristband. If you need to access the paddock prior to Monday, please contact our track chair Morgan Duffy morgan@haydenwood.com.
Q: When do I need to have my trailer off Monticello Motor Club premises?
A: All FCA participants and vehicles, transporters, etc., must be off the Monticello Motor Club premises by 7pm Wednesday. Trailers may be stored subsequently at the Resorts World Trailer Parking lot until departure. For possible exceptions contact track chair Morgan Duffy morgan@haydenwood.com.
Q: Will the Concours and Track Events be open to the public?
A: No. Unless you have registered for the Annual Meet or are a registered volunteer, there will be no access into these events.
Q: Can I drive a non-Ferrari during the Family Track Touring on Monday at Monticello Motor Club?
A: Yes, but it can’t be a van, truck, SUV, bus, motorcycle, or trike. The Purosangue is considered a crossover and will be allowed for both track touring and to register for the F1 track event. If you are in a non-Ferrari, we ask that you go to the end of all lines. We welcome you to the drives, but don’t want to be following a Nissan Versa or a Luce the whole time.
Q: Will the track supply helmets?
A: No, but the Monticello Motor Club Pro Shop will have helmets for sale. PLEASE NOTE! Helmets in 2026 MUST be Snell 2020 standard or newer. Also, please plan on wearing closed-toe shoes and minimize baggy clothing.
Q: Will there be a bus available between the host hotels and the track?
A: No. The track is 5 minutes from the hotel. All activities on Monday will be at the Track until the evening reception.
Q: Is there covered parking at Resorts World Catskills and The Adler?
A: We have reserved several hundred enclosed, covered, exclusive, and secured parking areas in the Resorts World Hotel. If you are staying at the Adler, your Ferrari can be parked at the Resorts World enclosed reserved parking space for free. If you are driving a non-Ferrari, please DO NOT PARK IN THE FERRARI PARKING. We have parking for you one level up.
Q: Are pets allowed at Resorts World Catskills and The Adler?
A: No, pets are not allowed in Resorts World or The Adler. There are accommodations for service dogs, but we recommend detailed coordination with the hotel prior to prevent issues.
Q: Will there be anywhere at the hotel where I can wash my car?
A: We will have a detailing service available at the track. We will send out requests for reservations for this. There will be a water station to wash your car outside of the Ferrari Garage at the Hotel.
Q: Can I bring my own golf cart or scooter to Monticello Motor Club?
A: No. The Concours field will not be able to accommodate a scooter.
Q: I plan on bringing my SF90. Will there be locations where I can charge it?
A: Yes, we will have areas defined at Resorts World Catskills and The Adler. Refer to your owner’s manual regarding extension cords, but you may consider bringing a low gauge wire extension cord.
Q: Will there be gluten-free and dairy-free options at the meals?
A: Yes, our caterers will label items gluten-free and dairy-free for those that have those allergies. Individual allergies that were listed on your registration will be noted with your Wednesday night plated meal at Resorts World Catskills.
Q: What airports should I fly into?
A: The closest airport with major carriers is Westchester (HPN) NY. Stewart in Newburg New York has some budget carriers with limited services. Newark (EWK) is the closest large airport, but is akin to a third world airport, at least in the minds of New Yorkers and New Englanders. Laguardia (LGA) in Queens may be an option for some travelers, but requires a bit of traffic to get out of. For private flights, there is an FBO at Sullivan field not far from the hotel.
Q: What if I have a problem with my car?
A: We will have on-call flatbed available for hire. SD Towing is used by the track, and vetted. Their number is 917-617-4592. For those coming from the south, we recommend coordinating with Ferrari of Central New Jersey for repairs. From the east or north, we recommend coordinating with Miller Motorcars for repairs. And of course, for our large Long Island contingent, Ferrari of Long Island would be best. Call the dealerships, as it may be most expeditious to have your car hauled back to Resorts World, where either dealership can triage the issue for you.
Q: Can I leave a rally at any time?
A: Yes, you are free to break off from a rally and go where you please.
Q: Where is the Concours?
A: The Concours on Monday is at Monticello Motor Club, about 5 miles from Hotel.
Q: When do I stage my car for the Concours?
A: Staging will go from 6:30am to 8:30am on Monday Morning, and judging starts at 8:30am.
Q: Where is the Fashion Show?
A: The Fashion Show will be in the Monticello Motor Club Gallery adjacent to the Concours Field.

Keep your ID out!
Next, you will go to the table with your last name, and receive your registration package.
