Volunteers are the backbone of our Annual Meets!

Our Ferraris run on high-octane gas and the Ferrari Club of America runs on high-energy members, known as VOLUNTEERS just like You! Our Regions are excited to host the 2025 FCA Annual Meet and we want to make sure all of our guests have a warm welcome and a well-organized event. Volunteering is a great way to get involved and better acquainted with other members from all over the continent while having Ferrari Fun!!  CALL for VOLUNTEERS We are looking for fun-loving FCA Member & Family Volunteers to assist with:

• Registration on Saturday, and Sunday June  27 and June 28– morning, afternoon, or evening
• Concours on Monday, September 22^nd – early morning and/or mid-day
• Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Tuesday/Wednesday, September 23^rd & 24^th – morning, afternoon
• Pleasure Drives, Rallies, Tuesday/Wednesday, September 23^rd & 24^th – morning
• Hendrick Tours, Tuesday/Wednesday, September 23^rd & 24^th – mid-day
• Fashion Show, Monday September22^nd, morning, afternoonIf you and/or a family member can commit to one or more 3-4 hour shifts, please click here to let us know your area of interest for the FCA2026 Annual Meet and Paul McNeil our Volunteer Chair, will reach out to you to establish your volunteer times. Important Note: Volunteer shirts with FCA2026 logos will be used to identify those members who are working at the event. To qualify for a shirt, you must sign up and work at least one full shift.
