There will be limited parking at The Ballantyne in their hotel parking lot. There will be plenty of parking at Charlotte Motor Speedway. However, if you are bringing a Semi, please plan on parking at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In order to gain access to parking at Charlotte Motor Speedway, you (or your driver) will first need to get a wristband at Registration (registration is between noon and 8:00 pm on Sunday at The Ballantyne, between 6:30 am and 10:00 am at The Ballantyne on Monday, or “on call” at Charlotte Motor Speedway after 10:00 am on Tuesday). You will not get access to Charlotte Motor Speedway without a wristband. If you arrive at Charlotte Motor Speedway prior to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, you will be directed to their “staging area.” You’ll be able to move into the paddock area after 7:00 pm and before dusk on Monday or after 6:00 am on Tuesday morning. As importantly, since our track event officially ends on Wednesday, you will either need to move into the staging area by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, or completely off premises.
