Upon your Annual Meet registration, you will receive a special code for a special room rate of $329 plus taxes and fees for rooms at The Ballantyne room pricing!  Click here to see all that our Host Hotel has to offer you and your guests during the FCA Annual Meet 2025. The Ballantyne will be the location of many of our activities, registration, reception party, Gala dinner and seminars, and the Ballantyne Country Club, the location for our Concours, is located adjacent to our host hotel. If you are at The Ballantyne you are right in the midst of everything!!!! Register early to ensure you get a room! Important – you must use the reservation code received in your registration confirmation to reserve at the special FCA rates! FCA Cancellation Policy for The Ballantyne Host Hotel Free cancellation until July 31st. As per FCA policy, the full amount of the reservation becomes payable and non-refundable on July 31st. This FCA policy overrides the normal hotel cancellation policy. Other Important Things to note before you make your reservation:

• The core reservation dates to attend the FCA2025 Annual Meet are to arrive Sunday, September 21^st and depart Thursday, September 25^th. The hotel is offering the FCA rate an additional 3 days before and 2 days after the event for the convenience of those who may wish to extend their stay based on availability.
