Receptions and Meals at FCA2026

Sunday, June 28

Welcome Reception — 6:00 to 9:00 pm — All event attendees are invited

Don’t miss this exciting start to the Annual Meet! After registration, join your Ferrari friends. The welcome reception is in the Resorts World Hotel adjacent to the Registration.

Seminars will be adjacent to the Reception. We will have seminars for First Time participants, Concours, Ferrari Hybrid Care, Tailor Made, Classiche, and Proper Tires, as well as others. for our Welcome Reception!

Plenty of heavy hors d’oeuvres along with dinner stations will be available throughout the entire Welcome Reception.  Enjoy all the food options while you peruse merchandise and services offered by our Mercato vendors and partners or visit with new friends and catch up with old ones.

Monday, June 29

Concours Lunch — 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

While admiring all the Ferraris in the Concours, enjoy lunch (location) next to the Concours field. Our local caterer will provide made-from-scratch menu items and the Mercato will be set up near the Concours field.

Fashion Show/Jewelry Show Luncheon —11:00 am to 1:30 pm

Concours Evening Reception — 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Concours lunch will be at the track in the Club House adjacent to the Concours. The Fashion Show will also be at the Track Pro Shop, and lunch will be at the Track Club House with the Concours.

Following the Concours, we will have an evening reception with dinner at Dos Gatos, at The Alder adjacent to Resorts World.

Tuesday, June 30

Lunch at the Track— 11:00 – 2:00 pm

Spirt of ’76 Reception– 6:00 – 11:00 pm All attendees are invited

F1 participants will have lunch at the track, while F2 participants will have lunch at Wide World Ferrari following the Rally to West Point.
Dinner that evening for all participants will be a Spirit of ’76 Reception at Resorts World.

Wednesday, July 1

Pleasure Drive and Lunch — Monticello Motor Club – 8:00 – 9:30 AM

Lunch at the Track— 11:00 to 2:00 pm | Lunch for both F1 and F2 participants will be at the track.

Gala Awards Banquet in the Ballantyne Ballroom at The Ballantyne 

7:00 pm – 11:00 pm | Cocktail Reception and Dinner & Awards Presentation | Dinner will be a Gala affair at Resorts World.

After a terrific day of rallies, pleasure drives and track laps, brush off the road dust and put on your cocktail attire! Join us in the (Location) for our Annual Gala Awards Banquet recognizing the finest Ferrari cars and drivers that have achieved excellence through our various competitions. After a delightful cocktail reception, enjoy a gourmet dinner!

While there is no strict dress code for this banquet, the ladies do like to get dressed up a bit and most gents wear a jacket with/without tie — all depending on how much room there is in your trunk.
